Rules for the sale of Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are issued in the form of an elegant invitation packaged in an envelope.
  • Gift vouchers are available in continuous sales and may be used for any amount or spa treatments.
  • Vouchers are personal. You can also purchase a non-personal one for selected services or service packages.
  • Vouchers can be purchased at the Blue Moon SPA. Buying a voucher in the parlour does not mean any additional charges
  • Vouchers can also be purchased by placing an order per e-mail: Bbuemoon@copernicustorun.com
  • You can pay for Vouchers ordered by Internet or telephone via transfer. The seller confirms the adoption of the contract and the data to transfer per e-mail sent to the address stated by the Buyer in the contract.
  • In case of transfer payments, treatments booked within the Voucher can used only be made after entry of money on our account.
  • At the request of the Purchaser, the Gift Voucher can be sent to a designated address (by post or courier services).
  • The fee for submitting a courier is PLN 20, the services of the Poczta Polska are free of charge but this may mean waiting for the voucher a bit longer.

Rules of Use of Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers shall authorize the use of services in the Blue Moon spa in accordance with current rates and the value of the voucher.
  • Vouchers are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of their purchase - in this period the treatments should be used. After the expiry of the term of validity, the voucher value of the Voucher, used in its in whole or in part, is lost.
  • The voucher can be used during one or more visits depending on the repurchased services.

  • At the time of booking please inform the reception that you will pay for the treatment with your Gift Voucher.
  • In the absence of cancellation by telephone or in person, 24h before the booked visit, gift voucher shall be deemed to have been used.
  • Voucher must be presented at the reception desk spa before using the treatment.
  • Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. You will not receive the money for the unused part of the voucher.
  • If you order extra services beyond the value of the voucher, you can pay for them in cash.
  • The Gift Voucher may not be combined with promotions and discounts.
  • The personal vouchers can be transferred to another person.
  • Vouchers entitle you to benefit from the freely chosen treatments at the Blue Moon Spa. The Voucher does not apply for the purchase of cosmetics.
  • In the event of loss or damage to the Gift Voucher, the Blue Moon SPA is not responsible for and does not compensate you for the loss due to the existing situation.
  • These Regulations are an integral part of the Gift Vouchers. If you wish to make yourself acquainted with the text, please consult the reception desk of the Blue Moon SPA. When placing an order, the Buyer declares that they are familiar with its contents and accept it in its entirety.
