Terms and Conditions for the use of Gift Vouchers The Gift Vouchers entitle to use the services of the SALT Restaurant in accordance with the price list being currently in force and the value of the voucher. The vouchers are valid for 6 months of the purchase date – during this period, the purchased services must be used. After this period has expired, the value of the voucher is lost. The voucher is a single-use one. In order to arrange a date for your booking, please call us +48 56 611 57 59. When making your booking, please inform that the payment form will be a Gift Voucher. If you do not cancel your booking by phone or in person at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled visit, the Gift Voucher is considered to have been redeemed. The voucher must be presented to the waiter before using the services. In the case of bookings of more than seven people, a service charge of 10% is added to the bill. The vouchers are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is also not possible to have a cash change from a Voucher if the voucher amount is greater than the value of the services used. The recipient of a Voucher may, if desired, pay a surcharge on the Voucher if the value of the services they want to use is greater than the value of the Voucher. Payment with a Voucher cannot be combined with special price offers and discounts. Personal vouchers can be transferred to another person. If you lose or destroy your Gift Voucher, the SALT Restaurant shall not be liable or compensate for the loss caused by the situation. An integral part of Gift Vouchers are these Terms and Conditions, which are made available to Guests on request. When placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
